I began working with leather when Dink (Dale) & I formed PRO in December 2002 and can most certainly say I’ve learned a lot since then! I stay pretty busy working full time in the financial industry and part time for PRO; Website, bookwork and leather gofer for Dale. In my spare time, I enjoy barrel racing.

I am very involved in the feed side of the business. Since PRO is the Colorado distributor for Bluebonnet Feeds, I enjoy promoting the different feeds and supplements within this line. We are also dealers for John Ewing 707 products and Triple Crown Feeds, which complement the Bluebonnet Feed line nicely.

About Dale

I am a self-taught leather crafter who began working with leather as a kid and was always trying to make cowboy gear.  I did this as a hobby on and off until 2001 when I bought my first leather sewing machine.  Shortly thereafter Pro Rodeo Originals (PRO) was formed.

I am the fourth generation of a ranching family in Douglas County, Colorado. I have been active all my life in several areas of agriculture which included; showing registered cattle, 4-H Leader, full time cowboying for many years, rodeoing, roping, as well as a bucking bull contractor.

My first real project was making a pair of chaps and this than became the main focus to the start of this business. Close to 500+ pairs later, chaps are still my favorite thing to make. Through the years I have taken on most any type of leather project you can imagine but we try to stick with the things we know and understand the best; chaps and quality using gear.
